Four people can be comfortably accommodated in two bedrooms (one double and one that can be a twin or a double), and up to six could squeeze in as two family groups. Jane's flat very is tastefully furnished throughout and, like all our properties, is equipped to a high standard.  Smoking is not permitted and we do not allow pets.

Wi-fi is good, and there is a TV with DVD player, heating is controlled by a timer at the boiler, and bedlinen, towels, toileteries, teas & coffees, etc are provided.

Jane's flat at Tusculum

A stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment in one of North Berwick's historical houses, with off road parking and it's own well kept extensive private garden. This property is well located just a few minutes from the beach and the town centre. It comes well equipped and was a new addition to our collection in early 2020.

The location is ideal, just a few minutes walk from the west beach and the 1st tee on North Berwick's famous West Links, and even closer to the station with its regular train service to Edinburgh - a 33 minute journey.

The apartment is accessed via a common stair which serves three of the six properties in the building, or alternatively via an old style cage elevator (which will help those who have difficulties with stairs).  However with some steps outside, as well as a small flight within the property, this apartment is not equipped for wheelchair users and those with considerable mobility issues.

It comes fully equipped with all the kitchen and entertainment appliances you would expect, and of course there's wi-fi included. Bedlinens, towels, toileteries, teas, coffees and other consumable items are provided.
